Under the scope of the on-going Portuguese Presidency of European Union, our network has been invited to join the on line the summit “European Regions for Smart Communities” from May 3rd to May 7th. This summit is organised by H2020-AURORAL Project.
The summit aims at:
a) boosting Smart Communities as a driver to implement the Digital Decade, European Green Deal, Recovery and Resilience and New European Bauhaus;
b) contributing to enhance regional and communities role on implementing the digital decade in articulation with Recovery and Resilience Facility;
c) promoting the continuity of Presidencies’ agendas, critical to improve Europe’s success in digital and data sovereignty policies.
We will introduce the potential of the network in supporting “Smart Health” initiatives and technology transfer projects and in being a relevant facilitator for raising awareness, testing and validating digital solutions for the healthcare sector.
